6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery timelines and shipping partners will be communicated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.
If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product and packaging for verification.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of nutraceutical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of delivered products.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after confirmation and dispatch.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method after verification and may take several business days to reflect.
8. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals (if applicable)
If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Subscription cancellation terms, if applicable, will be communicated at checkout.
