Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear images of the product and packaging
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of delivered products.
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation and dispatch.
Refund Processing
