how your products are shipped once an order is placed on www.vitalfirst.co.in.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
Within India:
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available for select pin codes)
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier capacity, and unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on orders above ₹650.
Orders below this threshold or express shipping options may incur additional charges,
shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link is shared via email/SMS. You may follow
this link to monitor your shipment’s status.
5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, they may try again or contact you
directly.
Packages returned due to incorrect address or non-availability may require re-
shipping charges.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

Share clear photos of the product and packaging
This helps us coordinate with the courier and assist you quickly.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
Delivery times depend on destination and customs clearance.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking details will be provided once the shipment leaves India.
